What Is an Apostille?

A Simple Way to Authenticate Your Florida Marriage Certificate.

An apostille is an official certificate that authenticates your Florida marriage certificate for use in many other countries.

Once your marriage has been recorded, we can obtain the required certified marriage record and take care of the Florida apostille process for you.

Not every country requires an apostille.

Requirements vary by country and by the authority asking for your marriage certificate. If you’re unsure, check with the government office, registrar, consulate or other authority where you plan to use the document.

For countries that do not use the Hague Apostille Convention process, a different form of authentication may be required. Contact us before ordering if you’re unsure which service you need.

How It Works

Three Simple Steps.

1

Your Marriage Is Recorded

After your ceremony, your completed marriage license is returned to the Clerk of Court and officially recorded.

2

We Arrange the Apostille

We obtain the required marriage record and take care of the Florida authentication process for you.

3

We Mail It Back to You

Once completed, we securely return the apostilled document so you can use it with the appropriate authority in your home country.
